ONBOARDING

We start with a dialogue digitally or over the phone where you get to tell us more about your company, your customers and your goals. It is an important first step for me to get a clear picture of what you want your new website to achieve.

Together we talk about expectations for design and function. You will also receive a checklist of documents needed to get started.

IMPLEMENTATION

I will produce a design proposal that we will go through together. This is to ensure that the design is in line with your wishes and that it reflects your brand. Here you will be given the opportunity to give feedback so that we can find and secure your tonality at an early stage.

Once you have approved the basic design, I will build your website and all agreed functions.

CLOSING

When all functions are in place and the design is on target, it is :me for a reconciliation. During this opportunity, we will go through the website together and I will guide you through the site’s functions.

We also take the opportunity to talk together about the launch of the website and nail down the date.

OFFBOARDING

The website is ready and it’s time to show it to the world! Your digital showroom t is now live (according to the agreed date).

But don’t feel stressed, I’m available for support and questions for 14 days after delivery!

HOW LONG DOES A NEW WEBSITE TAKE TO CREATE?

It is difficult to answer until we know the surrounding factors. But we usually say that you can count on approx. 4 weeks delivery time. Provided that the customer has all materials ready at the start.

DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE "EVERYTHING" READY?

When it comes to the production of a website, it is important that you as a customer have the basis/material ready. This is for the process to function smoothly and efficiently.

If you are missing pictures, we can help with photos or contact a photographer. We can help with text handling with an alternative contact for Copywriter.

We also offer help in creating logos, branding and content for those of you who are just gettng started.

DO YOU NEED CANVA TO BUY YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATES?

Yes, you need to have access to either the free version or PRO. This is so that you as a company can go in and make individual adjustments to the templates.

WHO IS SOCIAL MEDIA COACHING FOR?

Primarily, it refers to companies and businesses that are relatively new to the social platforms. The coaching is individually adapted based on starting point and needs, so it can be applied to all companies/organizations that wish.
